What do I do as your Postpartum Doula?
As your postpartum doula, my goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to take care of your newborn baby (babies) and yourself in the early weeks after birth, right in your own home. I am passionate about providing unbiased support for breastfeeding, caring for your newborn baby, helping you get some sleep, and even helping older siblings transition better into their new role.
I believe that families are empowered by education and support. And that doesn’t stop at birth.
My goal as your postpartum doula is to help families fully recover from pregnancy and childbirth, learn how to trust their parental instincts, and move forward with confidence and joy.
Investment for Postpartum Doula Services $25 per hour
My postpartum doula services are customized to meet your family’s needs. We begin with a complimentary consultation to see if we make a great fit. Then one in-home prenatal consultation to assess your individual needs and tailor a schedule that will provide the most beneficial support for your family. Then, I will provide calming and in-home support to help mothers, families and the entire household thrive.

Daytime postpartum care includes everything from meal preparation and newborn care to helping you learn how to use a baby carrier. Day shifts are a minimum of 4 hours, with additional hours available to add on.
Overnight postpartum care is from 9 pm – 7 am (8 hours). Overnight postpartum support helps parents get more sleep! I can offer support through feedings or take over infant care for the night so that you can get a good night’s sleep!
Hourly A LA Carte Services
Daytime support $25 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours per visit.
Overnight support $27 per hour with a minimum of 8 hours per visit.
Packaged Support Options
A. Ideal for most families. This package provides a moderate level of support for length of many parental leave options.
- 4 hours of support per day
- 3 days per week (M/W/F)

B. Ideal for times of transition. Often used right after birth or when the partner transitions back to work.
- 4 hours of support per day
- 5 days per week (M-F)
- 2 weeks of support
- Investment: $950
C. Ideal for parents with multiples, or little to no outside help. For families with far away families.

- 5 days per week (M-F)
- 6 weeks of support
- Investment: $2,700
